• 25% final payment upon project delivery and acceptance

Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional charges. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month.

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will provide you with completed work products upon receipt of all outstanding payments.
